  • Ability to calculate simple financial returns as well as appreciation of basic financial models.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Possess robust analytical expertise and problem-solving abilities, adept at identifying and tackling complex issues from multiple angles and crafting inventive solutions;
  • Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), or Engineering degree recognised by Professional Engineers Board, or related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in built environment industry with experience in asset enhancement initiatives / asset improvement works / retrofit works for commercial buildings/
  • Knowledge in green building, M&E (with emphasis on electrical / controls / building automation), materials, and cost & contract management;
  • Broad knowledge of industry partners, practices, construction methods and materials, current technology and the preparation and use of contract documents in construction projects.
  • Candidates who are Energy Auditors, and / or with hands-on experience and knowledge in ACMV/BAS systems are preferred;
  • Ability to anticipate and prepare for the future, based on trends and insights. Collaborating with partners to plan and navigate complex and uncertain situations.
