Professionally manage a real estate portfolio comprised of various asset classes.
Regular site inspections of real estate portfolio and assessment of issues within buildings and specific units.
Coordinating maintenance requests and repairs.
Liaise with the Boards of Directors for each property.
Production of annual operating budgets and review of monthly financial statements.
Attend and assist with Board meetings.
Schedule and maintain projects as per a company-wide maintenance schedule for all properties.
Address client concerns.
Inputting of data into CRM system and ensuring the quality of the information in the system.

Post-Secondary education in business, real estate, economics, or related
RECA Condominium License required – or able to obtain within probation period
Minimum 2-3 years of experience within residential property management, ideally with exposure to condominium assets
Professional demeanor.
ARM designation preferred but not required
Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Enthusiasm and passion to excel and help manage the growth of the firm.
Ability to anticipate and understand client needs and build upon relationships, as well as a willingness to retain existing clients by providing exceptional customer service.
Good organizational and planning skills.
Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to pass a criminal record check
Ability and willingness to work some early mornings, evenings, or weekend days as required.
