Description

• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and procurement from preconstruction through closeout
• Ensure field teams deliver projects safely, on time, and within scope
• Manage cost control, risk management, and owner reporting
• Drive excellence in client satisfaction and project performance
• Lead coordination between project stakeholders, architects, and subcontractors

Requirements

• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar PM software
• Experience with retail, warehouse, or tilt-wall industrial builds preferred
• 5–10 years of commercial construction experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (required)
