The People Experience Partner (PXP) – Work Dynamics will activate HR products and services that enrich JLL employees’ lives, partnering with business and PXP leaders to manage the employee experience at key moments across the lifecycle. Using business acumen, HR expertise and local knowledge, the PXP influences HR service delivery and Rewards/Talent COEs, and rebuilds policies, processes and tools to enable talent to do their best work.
Successful candidates will have experience delivering HR and operational activities in complex organizations, balancing JLL and client needs, and be skilled in leveraging data and technology for performance and efficiency. They must manage projects with multiple priorities and executive stakeholders, and consult with diverse stakeholders to meet deadlines.
Key competencies include excellent organization, a starter‑finisher mentality, acute attention to detail, and the ability to turn data into compelling narratives. The role requires strong relationship building, high emotional intelligence, exceptional communication and influencing skills, and a passion for supporting diverse teams. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and experience leading in a matrix organization through cultural change are required.
