This role sits at the intersection of business development, research, and project coordination, working closely with U.S. revenue leaders and cross-functional teams in India and globally.
The Revenue Lead role at Ceres India is fast-paced, analytical, and deeply collaborative. You will support global revenue operations by identifying government opportunities, analyzing market trends, and providing structured insights to guide bidding decisions. The role requires coordinating across time zones with U.S. leadership and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
The Revenue Lead will help build foundational processes, research systems, and workflows from the ground up, while ensuring strong visibility into pipelines, market trends, and strategic opportunities.
- Delivering actionable market insights and intelligence
- Support automation initiatives to enhance turnaround time and process accuracy.
- Building systems and workflows from scratch
- Supporting proposals and bid processes with strong documentation and data
- Maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports using Salesforce and other tools.
- Collaborate with U.S. revenue teams, business development, GIS, Finance, Equipment, and Operations.
- Analyse competitors, market dynamics, and revenue potential.
- Building a steady, high-quality opportunity pipeline
- Conduct market research on emerging sectors, funding sources, and policy changes.
- Assisting the US counterpart in closing the sale , also be involved the the current opportunities
- Identify, track, and evaluate government bidding opportunities across portals and industry sources.
- Establishing robust opportunity-tracking and research frameworks
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline updates for leadership.
- Coordinate pricing support, resource requirements, and opportunity readiness.
- Develop SOPs, templates, and processes for opportunity identification and pipeline management.
- Ensure governance, documentation quality, and consistent communication with U.S. stakeholders.

We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Lead who will play a critical role in driving opportunity identification, market intelligence, and strategic support for global disaster recovery, environmental restoration, and infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with procurement portals, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and bidding systems.
- Exposure to global teams and cross-functional leaders
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Strong exposure to government procurement, RFP/RFQ/RFI processes, or public-sector opportunities.
- 10–12 years of experience in business development, tender mining, or bid management.
- Proven ability to conduct detailed market/industry research and build insights.
- High autonomy and ownership of processes
