Support and Provide technical expertise during site surveys to design most effective solar solutions and electrical integrations & infrastructure suitable to site conditions.

Advise and align with Supply Chain on Solar Products pricing, Availability and Updates in the system.
Ensuring compliance with Utilities’ standards in terms of Design, Safety,
Responsible for Preliminary and Detailed Design with focus on Technical Configuration and Optimization
Introduce new ideas for consistent design optimization, ease of implementation and smoother operation & maintenance of Solar PV systems that will lead to increasing EEE market competitiveness and market share.
Attend suppliers training seminars and webinars to be always updated with newest technologies in the market and the last trending technological ideas that can be applied to enhance company’s competitive advantage.
Project Single Line Diagrams
Applying methodologies, tools and technical experience in building guaranteed energy output tables for commercial/contractual purposes.
Maintaining close relationship with EEE’s core design team and execution team to ensure proper transfer of experience and knowledge in both the directions.
Attend Kick-off meetings to collect important design enhancement feedbacks and apply the same on the new opportunities.
Aligning with Project Execution team to ensure smooth project construction as per approved designs, industry standards, utilities requirements and manufacturers recommendations.
Supporting Project Execution team during various stage of the projects including inspection, installation & testing stages (if required).
Managing the generation of Project estimation sheets (CAPEX & OPEX) and schedule of project for internal and external use as per guideline from the Technical Manager.
Optimising designs for a better & competitive (CAPEX & OPEX) approaches without compromising in quality or industry standards.

Knowledge of using cable-sizing calculation and LV/MV electrical panels design & optimisation.
Knowledge of using ETAP setting calculation is an added advantage.
Must have minimum a demonstrated 2 years or more of work experience in the Solar PV design field in the UAE.
Full understanding of solar technologies and products.
Willingness to work to deadline and possess excellent teamwork quality.
Knowledge of solar product code certifications and testing required by authorities.
Must have hands-on design exposure (certification is a plus) using at least one or multiple solar PV software e.g. PVSyst, Helioscope, Sketch up, Homer etc.
Understanding region-specific regulations and issues required for the development of most effective designs for Solar PV projects (related to Lease model, PPA contract, EPC contract etc.).
Follow internal processes and ability to enhance processes KPIs.
Knowledge of using AutoCAD is necessary.
Solar Auto-CAD Layouts, Mechanical and Installation Details (Mounting Structure, Inverter mounting, cable trays, weather station, walkways etc.)
Willing to share and gain knowledge openly and transparently within organisation.
Results oriented individual with ability to work on multiple projects.
Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputed institution.
Be fully organized, well structured, available and committed with a high sense of responsibility.
Solar Lab Reports and Shading Analysis
Ability to prioritize and handle numerous competing demands in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment.
