Assist in the development and maintenance of 3D BIM models using Bentley OpenRoads and OpenBridge Designer
Participate in data validation, quality control, and model coordination
Support the creation of BIM standards, templates, and project documentation
Provide technical support to end-users working with Bentley tools, helping troubleshoot software and modeling issues
Support ProjectWise administration, including document control, user permissions, and workflow setup
Contribute to the setup and configuration of digital delivery workflows for transportation infrastructure projects

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Civil Engineering Technology (CET), or a CAD/CAE-related program, with at least two years of coursework completed by Winter 2026, or equivalent progress in a technical degree
Strengthened skills in modeling accuracy, data management, and collaborative workflows
Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Hands-on knowledge of tools such as OpenRoads Designer, OpenBridge Designer, and ProjectWise
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and plans
Demonstrate openness to innovation by embracing and applying evolving technology and AI tools to enhance workflows, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement
Exposure to digital design and coordination practices used in real-world civil infrastructure projects
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Practical experience in transportation BIM modeling and project delivery using Bentley Systems
Familiarity with Bentley software, including OpenRoads Designer, OpenBridge Designer, and ProjectWise (required)
A basic understanding of civil infrastructure design principles
