Supervise field teams, subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity
Lead on-site electrical construction for high/medium voltage systems and substations
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project leadership
Mentor field engineers and foremen, and help drive continuous improvement
Support project planning, resource scheduling, and cost control
Climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, and stairways.
Stand or walk for extended periods on uneven surfaces (dirt, concrete, asphalt, mud, gravel).
Act as a technical expert on electrical systems, switchgear, and interconnects

Must comply with client safety requirements (e.g., clean-shaven, long sleeves, steel-toe boots).
OSHA 30, Procore, and other relevant certifications a plus
Willingness to relocate to project sites as needed
Loud noise from tools and machinery
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of electrical codes, prints, and contract documents
Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work at heights or in confined spaces (e.g., towers, vessels, excavations).
Humidity, rain, and other weather conditions
Must pass a physical exam if required.
Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (Use assistance for heavier loads).
Able to:
Proven experience in utility-scale solar EPC field management
Must be able to wear a respirator and other PPE when required.
