Develop and validate site scopes, BOMs, and technical documentation.
Provide technical guidance across multi-market and metropolitan deployments.
Coordinate closely with RF, construction, planning, and project management teams.
Lead network scoping activities for large-scale RAN deployment projects.
Act as Scoping Prime for AT&T projects and customer-facing scoping calls.
Ensure compliance with Ericsson standards and AT&T requirements.
Analyze RF data, network designs, and KPIs for 4G and 5G networks.

Strong knowledge of 5G NR, LTE, Massive MIMO, mmWave, LAA, and CBRS.
Hands-on experience with planning tools such as Planet EV and/or Atoll.
Availability to work 3 days per week onsite in Plano, TX.
Advanced English level (mandatory).
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Solid understanding of Layer 3 messaging (4G/5G) and RAN KPIs.
10+ years of experience in Radio Network Design, Scoping, or RF Optimization.
Experience with Ericsson ENM and optimization tools.
Proven experience working on AT&T projects.
