Represent GBA in client meetings and cross-functional discussions, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Contribute to proposal development, scope and fee preparation, and project management.
Apply advanced modeling tools such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, PCSWMM, and similar software.
Collaborate across teams to improve workflows and deliver efficient, high-quality solutions.
Ensure compliance with FEMA, EPA, USACE, and state stormwater regulations.
Lead stormwater design projects, including hydrology, enclosed systems, open channels, roadway drainage, bridge hydraulics, detention/retention, and water quality measures.
Oversee technical design, plan production, and QA/QC processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians, providing guidance on design and plan production.
Occasional travel may be required for client meetings or site visits.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Missouri, Kansas, Texas, or Nebraska (or ability to obtain within 6 months).

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Expertise in stormwater modeling software and regulatory requirements.
Ability to work in both office and field environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Biological, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.
Ability to manage multiple projects and foster a collaborative team environment.
