Supports Executive Assistant/ Office Manager with coordination & planning of events:
Perform receptionist duties such as answering and directing calls, sending and disseminating mail/ packages, ordering office supplies and catering, and overseeing breakroom
Assist with the development and planning of Employee Resources Groups and Committees initiatives, as well as creating SharePoint content

3+ years of administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Bluebeam.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related projects and results as needed; can take direction with ease in multiple forms and work with all levels of internal management and staff
