Facilitate airport pick ups
Coordinate and organize the day-to-day movements of drivers
Pick and drop company employees from /to desired destinations as per Operations coordinators’ instructions
Report any case of accident, injury or damage of vehicles to the supervisor or manager
Contribute to the analytical study of transport utilization by minimizing the use of 3rd party drivers.
Maintain efficient administration and utilization of all Company vehicles.
Ensure all vehicles are kept clean, tidy and in good working condition at all times.
Ensure punctuality and safe transport
Perform minor repairs and arrange for other repairs, prepare vehicle spare parts inventory
Promote safe driving practices to all drivers.
Proactively communicate with SE Operations Coordinators / Operations Manager on all local transportation requirements of a project to plan logistical schedule and activities in advance.
Keep all records, including receipts for vehicle maintenance
Make deliveries by maintaining correct knowledge of destinations and concerned contacts
Take instructions from Operations coordinators regarding each day’s deliveries or pick / drop services
Ensure vehicles are given regular/day-to-day maintenance checks: check oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, etc.
Facilitate the repairs, when necessary, of all company vehicles, with recognized dealers/workshop in line with legal and administrative procedures.
Ensure vehicles are kept secure at all times
Ensure vehicle repairs are carried out properly by official manufacturers specifications.
Prepare and submit vehicle monitoring report, including records of vehicle operations, maintenance, expenses, mileage, at end of each month.
