  • Support dispatch and communication for chemical and coal trucks moving in and out of the mill.
  • Stay organized by maintaining daily carrier files with ninja-level precision.
  • Keep our GBP Inventory System in check with accurate trailer and carrier data entry.
  • Tackle general office tasks and other duties as needed with a can-do attitude.
  • Team up with office staff to create Bills of Lading for outbound shipments.
  • Be the go-to communicator, directing yard spotters to trailer locations like a pro.
