Prepares project schedules in collaboration with project staff and the Scheduling Department
Maintains and organizes project-specific tasks, including submittal approvals and RFI management
Attends weekly OAC coordination meetings and calls
Assists with preparation of Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, requisitions, proposals, etc.
Assists with material procurement, ensuring the confirmation of materials on hand prior to production
Completes all required reports in a timely manner
Supports scheduling, budgeting, and project implementation with input from project managers
Assists with the preparation of the schedule of values and project planning for approval by management
Assists with managing change orders with clients, architects, and engineers

Strong written and oral communication skills with an emphasis on collaboration
Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing construction environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools
