Identify risks and opportunities, provide recommendations to leadership for strategic decisions.
In charge of delivering the Budget P&L: orders growth, sales, margin, cash, cost control, Risks & Opportunities, and recovery & mitigations plan
Be responsible for building strong long-term relationships with customers,

Manage skills and development plan of the team (project & account management, expertise for complex project)
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Ensuring Grid Automation growth within the region. Building and driving strategy plan, with commercial/sales function, and operational capabilities, maintaining C-Level contacts with our Keay accounts in the region (incl. NG, SSE, SPEN, Energinet, Orsted, etc...)
Lead change management to ensure teams accountability, business focus and customers mindset within the team
Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and results.

Experience in telecom, good understanding of the telecommunication market in Europe and SSA
