Being part of an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year.
Communicate effectively with high profile commercial & domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided
Operation of High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards

Excellent problem-solving ability with sound technical knowledge
