Manages Next 150/Site Services material and crew needs
Leads site walks with the owner, architect/engineer, and financial institutions to show construction progress
Administers Time and Materials (T&M) tracking
Conducts maintenance and planning of “workarounds,” shutdowns and tie-ins
Communicates schedule status, updates, and changes to project team and trade contractors

Follows-up with the appropriate Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) to schedule and complete necessary inspections
Develops the Quality in Construction (QIC) plan in partnership with the Operations Excellence team, oversees the plan and implements necessary changes

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other industry standard construction software tools
First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed Training
STS-C Certification
Strong knowledge and appreciation of construction safety processes and ability to enforce the project safety plan

15+ years of experience on a $100 million+ Semiconductor/Healthcare/Labratory construction project or multiple projects in a superintendent role
