The Finance MBA Rotational Leadership Development Program is a two‑year, 24‑month experience designed to develop future finance leaders through three eight‑month rotations across key finance pillars and a strategic group project. Participants gain broad exposure to financial planning, accounting, strategy, risk, audit, and treasury while building technical and leadership capabilities.
During the program, MBA candidates will rotate through distinct finance functions, applying flexibility, initiative, and alignment with PG&E’s values. Upon completion, candidates must formally apply for a full‑time role within the company.
Minimum qualifications include graduating with an MBA between May 2025 and June 2026 and having three years of job‑related experience. Desired qualifications encompass proven leadership experience, expertise in strategic planning and quantitative analysis, proficiency with business software, strong communication and teamwork skills, knowledge of clean energy and regulated industries, and a track record of driving process‑improvement initiatives.
PG&E provides a salary of $135,000 for this position, noting that actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, education, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.
