Tasks

-Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams -Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives -Provide support to Outside Sales team -Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections -Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services

What You Bring

-Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management -Previous front-line customer service and sales experience -Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus -Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information -Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus
