Ownership of costed and resource loaded schedules for allocated projects; working closely with PMO planners to ensure the schedules remain realistic and support overall programme aims.

Act as the primary project management PoC for several of the IPTs major customers.
Facilitate resolution of escalated issues from Operations, Customer Account and Procurement stakeholders through controlled planning and execution of new projects or work packages.
Ownership of a portfolio of projects relating to the sustainment and continuous improvement of in production and in-service aerospace products currently supplied to multiple user aircraft.
Support the production SIOP process for capacity planning on a 2-year window.
Responsible for applying Eaton project governance processes, including project lifecycle gate reviews and supporting technical design reviews from a project management perspective.
Risk management – mitigate risks, identify opportunities to increase revenue/margin
Work closely with production Delivery managers, Programme manager and other stakeholders to identify and manage risk to customer production delivery in the medium term (6–24-month window)
