Bath Installer – 1099 Contractor

Description

• Perform full installations of walk‑in tubs and acrylic or solid‑surface shower systems.
• Manage each job from demolition through final cleanup.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, and finish work.
• Introduce yourself professionally and guide customers through the installation process.
• Inspect and transport materials to each job site.
• Install accessories such as grab bars, seats, and soap dishes.
• Deliver five‑star service, document work, and submit payment invoices.
• Receive reliable bi‑weekly payments, including adders and overruns.
• Focus solely on craftsmanship with no marketing, sales, or collections duties.
• Work pre‑sold, high‑quality jobs sourced directly from the manufacturing facility.
• Participate in paid, world‑class product training at the Dallas, TX facility.
• Install lifetime‑warranty products that give customers confidence.
• Maintain reliable transportation and necessary tools for bath remodel installations.
• Maintain proper licensing and insurance to operate as a 1099 subcontractor.
