Key responsibilities include overseeing customer service, safety and quality compliance, people management, repair sales, and maintenance operations to achieve cost targets and support the Customer Service and Administration teams.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, have at least five years of experience in the elevator or escalator industry, and possess strong English and Arabic communication skills, organizational abilities and a service‑oriented mindset.
