Job duties include four rotations on an IMechE MPDS accredited scheme covering design, simulation, test and validation, performance and analytics. Rotations may involve designing engine components, developing FEA/CFD models, creating test rigs, optimizing power systems and applying machine‑learning to big data.
Recruitment Process: submit an online application, complete a video interview, attend an assessment centre evaluating teamwork, decision‑making, communication and problem‑solving, then receive an offer. Graduates start on 7 September 2026.
