Junior Architect

Description

• Support material research, finish studies, and mock-up coordination
• Participate in site visits and on-ground execution learning
• Prepare drawings, details, and 3D models under senior guidance
• Help document drawings, BOQs, and basic specifications
• Assist in architectural design development from concept to GFC drawings
• Coordination between design, site, and vendors
• Support render preparation and presentation drawings where required
• Assist in coordination with structural, MEP, and site teams

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated fresher architect with strong fundamentals, high attention to detail, and a genuine interest in materials, construction, and execution-driven design. This role is intended for someone who wants to learn architecture as a built discipline, not just a visual one.

• Strong fundamentals in architectural drawing and detailing
• Basic proficiency in Revit / Rhino
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Basic understanding of construction methods and materials
• B.Arch completed (COA registered or in process)
• People looking only for visualization or concept-only work
• Those expecting a slow or purely academic studio environment
• Those unwilling to visit sites or engage with execution
• Curiosity for materials, finishes, and how things are built
