- Marketing of the community thru online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media.

- Answering leasing calls and responding to on-line inquiries
- Resolving resident issues or concerns

- Class A Highrise / lease – up experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Yardi Software
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in Property Management
- 1 to 3 years’ experience with high rise and lease up
