In this role the strategist will partner with pursuit teams to craft persuasive proposals and presentations, handling strategy, messaging, formatting, proofreading, graphics coordination, compliance, and timely production. They will also support client development by assembling information packages, leading capture plans, and assisting with workshops and special events. Additionally, they will plan conference participation, represent the firm in the community, and help leadership evaluate go/no‑go decisions.
Responsibilities extend to marketing process improvements, maintaining up‑to‑date qualification statements, project descriptions, and resumes, as well as conducting market research on competition, strategic intelligence, and industry trends. Collaboration with proposal coordinators and developers will ensure production support across all deliverables.

Candidates must be highly proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and possess strong interpersonal and proactive communication skills. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field is required; a graphic‑design background or familiarity with Del‑Tek VantagePoint, OpenAsset, Bluebeam, and CoPilot AI is a plus.
