- Analyse project performance and identify risks that may impact project delivery.
- Provide direction to the team, including oversight of project controls, and ensuring compliance with quality, programme, and cost requirements.
- Lead your team in the delivery of designs suitable for our construction teams to deliver working closely with your commercial and operational counterparts.
- Ensure the client’s Asset Standards are applied correctly to the projects whilst driving efficiencies through challenging and promoting the good practice from other areas of the business.
- Work closely with the client’s Engineers to deliver our target project portfolio and to ensure we remain a trusted partner.

- The ability to develop and grow your design team from a successful platform.
- Experience of leading and developing a design team.
- Experience and knowledge of the Designer and Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015.
- Experience in water or wastewater design.
- Chartered or Incorporated Engineer
