Description

The role follows a 40‑plus hour weekly schedule with availability required any day of the week. Drivers return home each night, working closely with dispatch and field personnel while adhering to DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies.

• Safely operate Class A winch trucks and tractor‑trailers.
• Load, secure, and position oilfield equipment using hydraulic winches.
• Evaluate load weight, terrain, weather, and site conditions before moves.
• Complete accurate driver E‑logs, inspections, and required documentation.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or incidents immediately.
• Maintain compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies.
• Perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions while wearing required PPE.

Requirements

Panhandle Oilfield Services is hiring an experienced Winch Truck Driver for local oilfield operations in Cambridge, OH. This full‑time position requires a Class A CDL, winch operation expertise, and a strong commitment to safety. Drivers will transport, secure, and position oilfield equipment while operating hydraulic winch systems and maintaining accurate logs.

Work is performed outdoors in oilfield and yard environments, exposing personnel to extreme weather, moving equipment, and high‑tension winch lines. The job demands physical stamina for standing, climbing, and handling heavy loads, and compliance with mandatory PPE.

• Hold a valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical certificate.
• Possess at least one year of CDL driving experience; winch‑truck experience preferred.
• Maintain a clean driving record and pass drug/alcohol testing.
