As Facilities Management Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving growth across FM and managed property services. You’ll identify, engage, and secure high-value clients, including tier-one FM providers, managing agents, and multi-site property clients.
Owning the full sales cycle, from lead generation and pitching through to negotiation and onboarding. You’ll work closely with operational teams to ensure commercially sound, deliverable contracts and long-term client relationships.
