Manufacturing Supervisor - 1st Shift

Description

You will report directly to the Manufacturing Manager and be responsible for guiding your team toward group performance goals, ensuring safety, and fostering continuous improvement across the operation.

• Achieve production schedules while controlling cost, quality, and lead time.
• Organize and deliver team training to build skills and promote continuous learning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve industrial processes.
• Manage people through goal setting, competency development, recognition, time‑keeping, and performance discipline.
• Foster a safety‑first mindset and ensure a compliant work environment.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and optimize processes.
• Lead a sizable manufacturing team with proven supervisory experience.
• Analyze problems, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and demonstrate manufacturing expertise.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with teams and stakeholders.
