- Diagnose and repair EV charging infrastructure using advanced tools and techniques.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs and coordinate with third‑party vendors.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, focusing on resource allocation and client satisfaction.
- Proactively offer clients additional services such as service agreements, preventative maintenance, and InControl monitoring, and generate warm leads for sales.
- Provide and maintain basic hand tools required for EV charger work.
- Follow all safety protocols, maintaining high safety standards with high voltage and various environmental conditions.
- Track charging infrastructure performance, provide progress reports, and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Uphold professionalism at client sites and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Continue developing expertise through ongoing training and certifications provided by InCharge Energy.
- Lift, bend, climb, kneel, reach, sit, stand, work from ladders, walk, and operate in extreme temperatures, confined spaces, high noise, and high voltage.
- Operate a vehicle independently for extended periods and fly domestically for work‑related travel.
- Provide and maintain own set of hand tools necessary for the role.
- Maintain a clean driving record and comply with all company vehicle and safety policies.

- 2+ years of hands‑on experience in electrical, EV, or related client‑facing role.
- Associate’s degree or certification in a relevant technical field.
- Journeyman’s license or higher, or formal electrical training (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of EV charging systems, electric vehicle technology, and electrical systems.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues effectively.
- Self‑starter with a proactive attitude and adaptability to start‑up environments.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record; ability to travel 75%+ within territory and occasional U.S. travel.
