Office Engineer/Document Control Specialist

Description

• Control retrieval of documents
• Reviewing hard copy documents for accuracy and completeness
• Scan and Upload documents into a database.
• Organize and maintain documents, adhering to the company's document life-cycle procedures

Requirements

• Working around rail projects experience preferred
• MS Office experience also required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume transactional environment
• The selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple team members well
• Ideal candidate will be extremely organized and detail oriented
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to maintain field and office records and perform quantity computations

• Compensation: Min: $72,800; Max: $104,000 The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined on the individual candidate’s qualifications and location.
