From concept to construction, you'll help shape the homes our clients dream of—while refining your skills and working side by side with a talented team.
- Create and maintain detailed finish schedules and spec sheets
- Attend client meetings to capture design needs and feedback
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and lighting/electrical layouts
- Visiting job sites to support implementation and ensure design intent is carried through
- Coordinate with vendors and consultants to keep projects moving smoothly
- Work closely with Senior Designers, Project Managers, and our Design Manager
- Keep drawing sets and documentation organized and up to date
- Assist with tracking project timelines, budgets, and procurement
- Select and specify finishes, materials, cabinetry, and fixtures
- Measure project sites and create precise as-built drawings
- Produce stunning 3D renderings and mood boards for presentations
- Support or lead design presentations depending on experience level

- A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 1–5+ years of residential design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with IRC and NKBA standards
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and visual)
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management
- Understanding of residential construction documents and detailing
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for site visits
- Share insights on layouts, materials, and style with clarity and confidence
