

Manages toll roads and transportation infrastructure in the North Texas region.
Oversee conversions, application testing and documentation of application procedures. Participates and provides input in training design and development and assists in training execution related to assigned projects. Provides go-live support, and serves as primary point of contact for ongoing users production maintenance/support and troubleshooting.
Monitors and analyzes utilization of the AMSS by user groups, identify reporting requirements, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) when required.
Provides insight into user and group behavior and performance. Continuously reviews current processes and proposes relevant improvements.
Troubleshoots sudden issues in the functionality of the application by looking at hardware/software/security alerts while determining sound solutions. Manages on and off-boarding of users and performs all associated processes and notifications.
Acts as a back-up for the CMMS/AMSS Application Administrator in a limited capacity.
Evaluates AMSS software return on investment (ROI) by analyzing utilization and performance data, and provides recommendations for changes to enhance efficiency and user adoption, as applicable.
Designs and generates specific and operational reports in support of performance objectives and strategic initiatives. Customizes reporting needs for ad hoc reporting for the user and management.
Identify, evaluate, analyze, and recommend changes in support of assigned applications, including ongoing production maintenance and troubleshooting.
Administers assigned applications and provides technical support to maintenance personnel for planned and corrective maintenance of assets and equipment, including the use of smart field mobile devices (iPhones, tablets, etc.).
Collaborates with customer departments and internal partners to define business requirements, translating requirements into actionable solutions, conduct testing, and finally operationalizing as approved by the requestor.
Assists in budget preparation by making recommendations for enhancement of the user experience and system utilization.
Trains and mentors maintenance personnel by reviewing workflows, documenting required information, and providing guidance on the use of the AMSS.
Responds to emails, tickets and phone calls received outside of normal business hours as necessary.
Responsible for ensuring AMSS software utilization, compliance, and lifecycle management across the organization.
Experience in software implementation methodologies.
Knowledge of ArcGIS or other GIS tools.

The purpose of this position is to ensure the user permission, experience, and reporting needs of NTTA Maintenance Department’s Asset Management Software Solution (AMSS). The NTTA Maintenance Department maintains the agency’s facilities, roadway infrastructure, vehicles, and warehouse inventories. Knowledge in the use, implementation, maintenance, and configuration of AMSS software is required. This position requires experience and success in supporting the users in their use of maintenance and asset management systems that provide planned and corrective maintenance of assets and equipment in a maintenance and asset intensive organization.
Master’s Degree.
Knowledge of maintenance operations and asset-intensive organizations.
Experience in data management with ArcGIS.

Proven experience with user administration, on and off boarding processes.
Valid driver’s license.
5-7 years’ experience in a similar function and organization.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience with AMSS or CMMS and reporting tools.
Experience in project management and project management methodologies.
Facilitation and user training experience.
