Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Description

• Perform filing, data entry, and general office work.
• Provide friendly, professional, and courteous customer service.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Process credit card sales and handle basic billing support.
• Ensure all work complies with Rogers Group policies and safety standards.
• Answer and route incoming customer calls.
• Assist with new employee recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Support the Customer Service Representative as a backup when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable and self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish): Preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
