- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.

- Assist with space planning and office reconfigurations as needed.
- Oversee and maintain a fleet of company vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with licensing/registration requirements.
- Conduct and schedule routine inspections of both locations, addressing maintenance issues proactively.
- Respond to emergency situations, prioritizing safety and continuity of operations.
- Coordinate and manage repairs with vendors and contractors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timeliness.
- Manage custodial contracts to ensure high-quality cleaning of all office spaces, common areas, and restrooms.
- Provide essential employee support services, including office supply management, mailroom services, and coffee bar upkeep.
- Manage HVAC operations through facility management software.
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives for building and facilities management.
- Supervise and mentor a staff member, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
