Provide commentary and visual storytelling for HR performance reviews and leadership updates.
Collaborate with HR business partners and COE leaders to validate insights and align recommendations.
Produce monthly executive summaries and presentations that explain the data in a business context (e.g., headcount evolution, attrition, engagement, diversity, mobility).
Review and interpret existing HR dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
Maintain a consistent format and narrative across all HR population reports.
Identify weak signals (e.g., early attrition patterns, unbalanced workload, hiring delays) and strong signals (e.g., talent pipeline improvements, cost savings, engagement boosts).
