Key responsibilities include interpreting project plans and specifications for subcontractors, implementing pre‑construction quality plans, managing construction permits, and maintaining documentation such as material tracking lists, test and inspection logs, and non‑conformance reports. The Engineer will also manage contract documents, RFIs, change orders, and oversee testing and inspection processes using a three‑phase system. Project Engineer 1 requires at least two years of related experience, while Project Engineer 2 requires three years, with salary ranges of $84,100–$113,500 and $93,400–$126,100 respectively, adjusted for certain office locations.
