The firm is seeking Lead or Senior Estimators with proven rail-sector experience to join its Estimating Hub. In this role, you will act as an embedded resource for clients, helping them make informed decisions through a variety of estimating and commercial-intelligence outputs. The team delivers everything from order-of-magnitude cost plans to detailed first-principles estimates, provides assurance, supports programme set-up and conducts data analysis and benchmarking.
Candidates must hold a high-standard qualification in cost planning, estimating or quantity surveying, and be a member of a relevant professional body or working towards chartered status. They should possess detailed knowledge of cost-planning techniques and have demonstrated experience delivering estimating or QS services on large projects, preferably within the rail sector. Proficiency with estimating software packages is also required.
