Description

• Direct and coach technicians to maximize efficiency and build effective teams.
• Provide on‑the‑job and classroom training for technicians of all levels.
• Interact with customers to deliver excellent service and identify additional opportunities.
• Work with management to identify and implement process improvements.
• Lead fire alarm installations and assign roles to team members.
• Communicate completed work and required follow‑up to customers onsite; train customers on the installed system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve field problems efficiently.
• Review the upcoming week’s schedule and coordinate with leads.
• Arrive on site prepared and on time.
• Maintain detailed notes in the CRM system (Sedona).
• Foster positive relationships with project managers, admin, and sales teams.
• Complete all required paperwork promptly.
• Maintain professional attire and appearance.
• Self‑dispatch to sites to ensure timely arrivals at customers’ homes and businesses.
• Develop a career‑growth plan with manager.
• Participate in the on‑call rotation schedule.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated Senior Fire Technician to work in our Fire Alarm, Security, Service and Confidence Testing Divisions. The role involves installation of fire systems and requires hands‑on work, computer literacy and strong attention to detail.

• Demonstrate technical skills to independently complete all job types from start to finish.
• Apply strong analytical problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Two to four years of alarm installation experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Valid Electrical 06 license or out‑of‑state equivalent.
• NICET certification.
