- Familiarity with the energy market
- Experience building teams from scratch
- Experience launching technical products in international or regulated markets
- 2+ years of experience managing a group of team or sub-teams within an engineering team
- Experience with leading across disciplines or regions
- Proven track record as a technical lead and/or staff developer within an engineering team
- Experience working with a CTO or VP to consider business needs and strategy in the building and running of engineering teams
