- Participate in on-site mitigation and emergency services.
- Participate in warehouse cleaning and organization processes.
- Communicate effectively with property owners, explaining processes and addressing concerns.
- Ensure proper inventory tracking using software tools.
- Assist with furniture moving and heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs).
- Restore damaged items to pre-loss condition through proper cleaning techniques.
- Work in both residential and commercial settings to clean, pack, and unpack contents.
- Maintain regular updates with the project management team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant tools.

- Moderate noise levels in warehouse and on-site locations.
- Comfortable working in environments with moderate noise levels and varying conditions.
- Able to solve practical problems with limited standardization and interpret various instructions effectively.
- Capability to lift and move items up to 75 pounds.
- Moving and packing experience is a plus.

- Prior experience in contents restoration is strongly preferred.
