Oversee assets green building certification throughout the whole development process, including collection of the relevant site evidences and supporting documents
Conduct regular sustainability assessments and design reviews to evaluate the environmental sustainability performance of assets design
Prepare sustainability reports, and present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
Develop, implement, and manage sustainability strategies and frameworks for Qiddiya's development projects
Stay informed regarding local, regional, and international ESG and financial reporting updates and global trends to help ensure Qiddiya's developments are aligned with the needs and expectations of the global financial market
Collaborate with asset developers, architects, planners, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure sustainability principles are incorporated throughout the planning and design processes
Provide guidance and training to teams on sustainable design practices and innovations
Review asset commissioning plans and final reports and ensure alignment with the green building certification programs requirements
Input into assets procurement, development and delivery strategies and execution plans

Minimum 10 years of relative experience in sustainability design, planning, or environmental consulting, with a focus on large-scale projects
Solid understanding of MEP Design & Factors affecting energy efficiency across different systems (actual design experience is a Plus)
Experience on projects within the Middle East is a distinct advantage
Experience undertaking/overseeing a range of building physics simulations, including energy modelling, daylight modelling, thermal comfort, experience of CFD & parametric modelling is a plus
Holds at least two sustainability credentials such as LEED AP, Mostadam AP, GSAS CGP, BREEAM Assessor, EDGE Expert, Envision SP, etc
Proven experience in conducting sustainability training and workshops
Knowledge of Green Building Design & Sustainable Urban Planning, Whole Life Carbon Assessment (WLCA)
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred
Proficient in sustainability assessment tools and software, as well as design programs such as AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
Green Buildings Certification (LEED, Well, Envision)
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities
ESG rating, Sustainability and Financial Reporting frameworks and Standards
