Participer activement à la conception et à la préparation de plans et devis ;
Assurer un suivi de la performance globale des projets et analyse continuellement leur performance ;
Cadre de travail et projets stimulants.
Assurer et gérer la relation avec les clients pour les projets dont il a la responsabilité ;
Assurer la qualité des services correspondant aux besoins des clients ;
Collaborer aux appels de proposition dans le domaine d’Infrastructures routières.
Assurer un suivi financier de ses projets et identifie les besoins en budget supplémentaire ;
Participer à la formation de la relève dans le domaine au sein de l’entreprise ;
Effectuer la vérification et l’approbation des documents produits avant l’émission finale au client ;
Superviser les ressources sous sa responsabilité dans les activités reliées à la réalisation de ses projets ;
Préparer les plans de travail, l’estimation des efforts et les propositions de budget pour la réalisation de mandats ;
Planifier les réunions de coordination pour la gestion de ses projets ;
Travailler en collaboration avec les autres départements pour l’atteindre des objectifs communs ;

Flexibilité d’horaire ;
Baccalauréat en génie civil ou en génie de la construction ;
Expérience en gestion de projets multidisciplinaire (un atout) ;
Salaire concurrentiel ;
Expérience pertinente d’un minimum de 6 années en conception d’infrastructures routières ;
Avoir suivi les formations requises par le ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable du Québec ;
Membre de l’Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec ;
Connaissance des normes et procédures du ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable du Québec et des autres clients du domaine des Transports ;
Connaissances des logiciels de la Suite Office et Microsoft Project ;
Communiquer clairement les enjeux (budgets, échéanciers, contraintes, particularités) et les informations techniques aux membres de l’équipe de projet ;
Compte de gestion des dépenses santé ;
