Participate as mechanical lead in feasibility studies and development support for new power projects including the areas of biofuels and hydrogen.
Participate in condition assessments of existing power plants.
Perform owner’s engineer design reviews of mechanical systems for power projects.
Prepare and review other engineering deliverables such as reports, studies, and calculations.

10 or more years of experience in the electric power industry, specifically experience in thermal power generation.
This position would require working in a typical office environment. The position may entail prolonged periods of sitting and computer use, and the professional would ideally be able to maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the workday. The position may also be require physical tasks during site visits, including crouching, grasping, and standing/walking for extended periods of time.
Excellent technical communication and writing skills.
This position is open to Raleigh, NC; Overland Park, KS; and Paramus,NJ office locations.

Detailed understanding of power station operation and maintenance.
