- Tracking project cost of all assigned projects, looking in a way how to optimise the design and get cost optimisation.
- Providing input to the sales management organization for opportunity prioritization & qualification.
- Completing the detailed design and engineering works during the execution process.
- Validating assumptions made during the proposal and pre-sales phase. Builds a detailed cost estimate and scope of work for assigned projects in conjunction with sales. Assists in reviewing final proposals and other customer communication documents as well as assists with any design work required.
- Performing proactive risk assessments for projects.
- Performing site-surveys in existing buildings to inspect overall operation of control systems and unique job considerations for construction.
- Being responsible for generating technical content Purchase Orders, for all material and equipment, selects orders, working very closely with all parties (operation manager, procurement mangers, suppliers).
- Assisting as needed in developing the customers’ business case for conceptual solution.
- Providing technical support, selections and estimating support to Sales managers related to the new project or AfterMarket retrofit projects at pre-sales phase .
- Preparing customers proposals quote letters for assigned projects, cost book, estimate timeframe schedule, process flow diagram and initial layouts together with assigned CAD engineer.
- Reviewing all technical design documentation before issuing to customer and operation team.
- Proactively supporting value added sales.
- Doing all refrigeration related calculation, like heat load calculation,pipes size, and etc.
- Technically leading pre-sales activities from reviewing tender documents till securing the project.
- Conducting handover meetings to the project management team when project is secured.
- Securing best available pricing for the selected equipment in cooperation with team members from the Supply Chain Department.
- Supporting detailed estimating of projects at pre-sales activities. Together with Sales Managers, presenting it to client.
- Effectively communicating project engineering progress to all management team that has a need to know.

- Five years experience in designing industrial refrigeration systems or large complex commercial refrigeration systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good English language skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision attention.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology or equivalent through experience.
- Demonstrated ability to organizational and attention to details.
- Good communication skills.
- Can plan and manage your own time.
- Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage a large and diverse number of projects with professionalism, cooperation and persistence.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, (with emphasis on Word, Excel and Visio), and basic Windows operating system environment.
- Good knowledge of modern CAD systems like: AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor.
- Ability to make 3D/2D drawings in CAD system.
- Thorough and structured in your work.
