Coordinate cost estimating and budgeting to ensure accuracy and alignment with approved budgets.
Coordinate with Estimating and technical teams to clarify requirements and obtain additional information.

Analyze gaps and recommend improvements for future tenders.
Proactively follow up with customers and MMHE marine repair agents on submitted bids.
Lead project handover sessions with Project Management, Cost Control, SCM, Production, and Operations teams.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and industry developments to support strategic decision-making.
Provide accurate insights and forecasts to enhance business planning.
Present draft bids for internal review and secure approval prior to submission.
