The Accounting Manager I is integral to the organization's financial health, ensuring accurate reporting, operational support, risk management, and collaborative efforts across various departments.
- Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
- Participate in preparation for external auditors, banks, insurance, and other third-party vendors.
- Provide monthly statistical and financial reporting to company departments.
- Assist in month-end close procedures, including the preparation of journal entries and financial statements for multiple entities.
- Partner with other areas of Finance, Operations, Sales, HR, and Legal on accounting and tax matters.
- Monitor cash flow schedules and assist in cash flow projections.
- Manage and supervise accounting staff.
- Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures; implement controls over accounting transactions to minimize risk.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manager, Financial Reporting to join our growing finance team. - Public accounting experience (2–5 years) preferred.
- Ability to work with multiple entities within an organization.
- Accounting knowledge of US GAAP.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with proper procedures for month-end cut-off transactions and reconciliation of subledgers to the General Ledger.
- High level of independent work ethic and integrity.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required; NetSuite experience preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
