Participates in snow removal operations.
Tasks may be performed in uneven, inclined, hard and soft-carpeted surfaces/floors, cement structures and surfaces.
Assists other crafts and trade personnel in their daily operations.
While performing duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand and/or walk for long periods at a time, sit, use of hands and fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, climb ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear, or smell.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds and follow safe lifting procedures.
Performs a variety of duties including patching minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings; repairing or replacing sinks, water coolers, toilets; painting structures and equipment; replacing damaged sheet rock, floor tiles, and ceiling tiles; hanging doors and installing door locks; and general masonry work.
Utilizes a variety of equipment and tools for maintenance and repair in the carpentry, roofing, painting, plumbing, masonry and heavy equipment operation trades.
Assists other crafts and trades personnel in their daily operations.
Maintains and operates company vehicles and/or tools and equipment in compliance with company policy.
Inspects work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, policies, and regulations.
Participates in installation general clean-up operations.
Ensures proper housekeeping practices are observed.
Utilizes blueprints, drawings, models, or takes verbal instructions in the planning and layout of work.
Supports the project Safety Plan though personal involvement in all aspects of Safety, including training, safety protective equipment and clothing, and adhering to safety requirements pertaining to particular trades or skills.

Work is preformed indoors and outdoors. Outdoor work is subject to temperature extremes and inclement weather conditions.
Timely, accurate, cost-effective performance of duties.
Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner in diversified situations.
This position has been designated for Mission Critical Work. If called or re-called to work during times when Mission Critical Work must be performed, the employee must respond to assigned duties.
Ability to acquire and maintain government identification/common access card.
