Lead engineering design and development of permit and construction documents and drawings.
Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct technical reviews of project deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Support engineering needs across regional SWCA offices, providing technical expertise and guidance.
Coordinate with engineering teams to balance workloads and ensure project schedules and budgets are met.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through client relationships, networking, and collaboration with other SWCA offices and disciplines.
Take responsibility for team safety, develop safety plans (when applicable), and anticipate potential safety hazards.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and meeting their project needs.
Assist with Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes.

PE Licensing in Pennsylvania and surrounding states.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Seven (7) years of experience in civil engineering.
Professional Engineer License in Pennsylvania, or ability to obtain via reciprocity within six months.
Flexibility to travel, including short-term overnight stays for various project related tasks.
Prior work experience in Ohio and/or West Virginia.
Experience supporting proposal development, business development, and client management.
